Rummy Withdrawal Policy

You may withdraw your winnings by means of either a bank transfer or UPI for the amount of winnings. RummyVerse offers withdrawals that can only be initiated if the User has successfully completed their KYC/Online Document Verification. If your KYC is not completed, then please ensure that you submit the required documents to complete your KYC; only after that, you will be able to initiate the withdrawal request of your winnings. Player balances are kept in segregated accounts and not used for operational expenses. This ensures that your funds are always available for you to cash out in accordance with our banking and security procedures. RummyVerse believes in a fair, safe and secure transaction of the money deposited by its users. In keeping with the security norms, certain mandatory requirements need to be submitted by the players before they can request a withdrawal. To verify those mandatory requirements, the user needs to submit their PAN card as ID proof, and for the Address proof, the user must submit any one of these documents: Driving License, Aadhar card, Voter ID card, or Passport.

To initiate withdrawals, a User has to keep the following pre-requisites in consideration:

• The minimum withdrawal request is Rs. 100 (Rupees One Hundred Only), while the maximum is Rs. 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only).

• In the event of gameplay for Cash Games, the related Buy-in amount will be deducted from the Player’s ‘Cash Balance’. If the gameplay Buy-in amount is more than the ‘Non-Withdrawable Balance’ amount in the Player’s Cash Balance, then the remaining amount will be deducted from the Player’s ‘Withdrawable Balance’. In the event the Player decides to leave the gameplay table and is eligible for a credit of gameplay amount, then the gameplay Buy-in amount will be credited back in the same proportion, to the Non-Withdrawable Balance and Withdrawable Balance, as it was deducted earlier.

• If the Player plays the game and wins then the Winning amount will be reflected in the Player’s Withdrawable Balance and will be available for Withdrawal by the Player. Withdrawal without gameplay will generally not be entertained, however in some cases, 5% of the deposited amount will be charged to process the Withdrawal.

• If the Bank account registered to receive your withdrawal has any issues, please cancel your withdrawal request and enter your correct bank account details. For further assistance, you can email us at [email protected], or chat with us, both of which are available for 24x7. You can also call us between 11 am and 8 pm on all 7 days of the week. We provide a 24x7 Instant withdrawal facility. Withdrawal requests that are flagged for review may take longer to process. If your withdrawal request is selected for manual review, you can expect to receive the withdrawn amount credited within 1 day, after all the necessary verifications have been done.

• As per the Finance Bill passed by the Government of India in Union Budget 2023-24, RummyVerse may deduct 30% TDS on the Net Winnings of the players at the time of withdrawal and also at the financial year ending. To know more about TDS, click here.

• RummyVerse reserves the right to accept or decline withdrawal requests if there is any kind of fraudulent activity.

MODES OF WITHDRAWAL

1. 1. Bank Transfer

   To initiate a withdrawal through a Bank Transfer, the User has to

   • Log in to your RummyVerse app and tap on the 'WITHDRAW' button which is present on top as well as in the hamburger menu’s ‘Wallet’ section.

   • Tap on the “ADD BANK” button.

   • Enter your Bank name, Bank account no, and IFSC Code. Tap on ‘PROCEED’.

   • Note: You cannot add bank accounts of banks having physical branches in banned states.

   • For validation confirmation, a penniless process will take place. In this, Re.1 will be debited from the payment gateway/platform and credited to your Bank account. Then, it will be debited from your Bank account and credited back to the payment gateway/platform. No transaction will happen in your balance.

   • Now on the Withdrawal page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and then select the Bank account you just added and tap on ‘PROCEED’.

   • You will get an OTP (One-Time-Password) via an SMS, which you will enter in the OTP box provided on the screen. After you enter the OTP, your withdrawal request will be submitted successfully. You will see the processing screen followed by the final status of the transaction.

   Note* The transfers made directly to the Bank are subject to TDS, if applicable. Once these details are submitted, they cannot be edited. Hence, fill in the details carefully.

2. 2. UPI

   The User has to follow the steps below to add their UPI ID:

   • Log in to your RummyVerse app, and tap on the 'WITHDRAW' button which is present on top as well as in the hamburger menu’s ‘Wallet’ section.

   • Tap on the “ADD UPI ID” button.

   • Enter your UPI ID and tap on ‘PROCEED.

   • Now on the Withdrawal page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and then select the UPI ID you just added and tap on ‘PROCEED’.

   • You will get an OTP (One-Time-Password) via an SMS, which you will enter in the OTP box provided on the screen.
